Paul Sislian
Executive Vice President, Bombardier Aftermarket Services & Strategy
Paul Sislian is a seasoned professional with extensive industry experience who is focused on the highest operational standards, uncompromising levels of customer satisfaction, and on the foundation of all businesses: people.
Mr. Sislian was named to his current position in 2023 and oversees the operations and evolution of the company’s long-term strategy to expand the aftermarket business. He leads its worldwide network organization of approximately 3,000 support professionals across 14 countries to ensure an exceptional experience for each Bombardier operator.
Prior to his appointment, he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations from 2020 where he was responsible for all Challenger and Global aircraft programs currently in production at Bombardier’s facilities in Montréal, Québec, Toronto, Ontario, Red Oak, Texas, Los Angeles, California and Mexico, as well as the Procurement function.
Mr. Sislian started his career at Bombardier in 2008 as a Director of Logistics, Challenger Programs and soon assumed leadership of the Bombardier Aerospace Logistics Council. He then held positions of increasing responsibility within the company, including General Manager of the Challenger 300 and Challenger 605 aircraft programs, Vice President of Operations for the Challenger aircraft programs and Vice President and General Manager of Global programs, where he oversaw Global 5000 and Global 6000 aircraft production and completion in Montréal and Toronto. From 2015 to 2019, Mr. Sislian served as Chief Operating Officer of Bombardier’s business aircraft division. He later became President of Bombardier’s Aerostructures Division, where he was responsible for leading the operational transformation and positioning the segment for additional growth.
Prior to working at Bombardier, Mr. Sislian worked for large multinational organizations in Canada and abroad in managerial and executive positions. A native of Montréal, Québec, Canada, he holds a Bachelor's of Commerce degree from Concordia University, and an MBA from McGill University in Montréal.
