Bombardier acknowledges the press release issued by the AMF regarding the ASDP

Bombardier is pleased that the review conducted by the AMF allowed it to conclude that the corporation and its officials had not committed any violation or breach of the securities legislation in the context of the establishment of the ASDP. Bombardier is appreciative of the diligence with which the AMF conducted and concluded its review. The corporation will follow the recommendation of the AMF and will ask its board of directors to pass a resolution to terminate the ASDP at its next meeting on May 1^st 2019.
