Martin LeBlanc
Martin LeBlanc is Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. In his role, Mr. LeBlanc is responsible for overseeing Bombardier’s corporate ethics and compliance programs and ensuring the company continues to uphold the highest standards in adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Mr. LeBlanc is a seasoned professional with more than 22 years of experience in the fields of Legal, Contracts and Ethics. He previously worked at Bombardier as an Account Executive before transitioning to Bell Helicopter Textron where he worked in regulatory affairs, ethics and security followed by contracts and procurement. More recently, he occupied the role of the Director, Legal Compliance, Ethics, Contracts and Security at L3 Harris Technologies, where he spent the last 13 years.
He holds a Diploma in Political Science and a Bachelor of Law degree from Laval University in Québec City. He also completed an MBA from the University of London, Royal Holloway School of Management.
