It has been designed for highly motivated people who want to start a challenging career with a global leader in the railway industry. The program is organized by regions such as Europe and Americas. You will learn about our business, our products, our customers and suppliers and you will have the opportunity to build up your own international network
Suitability
- Graduates with a bachelor or master degree in engineering, economics or computer sciences with high grades
- Bright people, quick learners with intercultural mindset
- Candidates with a drive for innovation and a desire to succeed in order to become experts
- Good communication skills
- Strong team player
- Willingness to travel and work abroad during and after the program
- Fluency in two languages (incl. English)
- Engagement and passion for sustainable products
- Relevant work experience (internships, max. 18 months)
- International experience would be an asset
