The Global Graduate Program is our fast-track development program that prepares passionate individuals for a future leadership role within Bombardier. It has been designed for ambitious people who are seeking a global career with a world leader.
The program will equip you with the skills necessary to make a real contribution to a world-beating organization and you will have the chance to take on responsibility at an early stage.
The Global Graduate Program offers various career opportunities in one of the four areas:
- General Management (cross-functional)
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Information Services
The Global Graduate Program is an 18-month program combining on-the-job and off-the-job development worldwide. In three separate 6-month assignments, it offers every global graduate a true business experience in different divisions, functions and countries. The assignments will be determined by setting up an individual development plan considering the overall business priorities and the global graduate's profile. Hence, you will be able to make a real difference to the business.
